Terms of Use
Last updated: June 20, 2026. These terms explain how customers and visitors may use Legal Growth OS.
Agreement to These Terms
By using Legal Growth OS, creating an account, visiting this website, or using a dashboard workspace, you agree to these Terms of Use and any additional terms presented during signup, checkout, or product use.
If you use the platform for a law firm, company, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to use the service for that organization and to manage the information submitted through the dashboard.
No Legal Advice or Representation
Legal Growth OS provides website, booking, intake, CRM, content, domain, SEO, automation, and related growth software for law firms. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal services, and does not make decisions about representation.
The platform may include AI-assisted drafting, intake summaries, image generation, SEO recommendations, and automation tools. These outputs are drafts or operational aids only and must be reviewed by the responsible law firm before use with clients, prospects, or the public.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, professional compliance, advertising compliance, privacy compliance, and authorization of all content, images, attorney profiles, practice descriptions, testimonials, forms, messages, and settings they publish or send through the platform.
Customers must not upload fake attorney profiles, misleading awards, unsupported outcome claims, unlawful content, malware, confidential information they are not authorized to store, or content that violates professional rules or third-party rights.
Accounts and Security
Customers are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, limiting dashboard access to authorized users, maintaining current account contact information, and promptly notifying support if they suspect unauthorized access.
Legal Growth OS may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect the platform, other customers, visitors, payment integrity, or legal compliance.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, taxes, receipts, and payment method updates are handled through the secure billing flow shown in the dashboard or checkout page.
Feature access, plan limits, usage limits, and billing status may change when a subscription is upgraded, downgraded, canceled, past due, or otherwise changed by the payment provider.
No Legal, Marketing, or AI Guarantees
Legal Growth OS does not guarantee legal outcomes, attorney-client relationships, consultation volume, client volume, revenue, search rankings, AI-answer placement, traffic, conversion rates, or business results.
SEO, AI, analytics, and conversion recommendations are informational aids. Customers remain responsible for deciding what to publish, what to change, and what professional review is required.
Third-Party Services
The platform may rely on service providers for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, domain services, analytics, spam prevention, AI features, storage, and security. Those providers may process information as needed to operate configured services.
Customers are responsible for maintaining any third-party accounts, permissions, DNS settings, billing permissions, or legal notices required for integrations they choose to use.
Changes and Contact
Legal Growth OS may update these terms as the service, law, integrations, or security practices change. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
Questions about these terms should be sent through the contact information available on the Legal Growth OS website.
